Chain of Concern

What is the Chain of concern?

The Chain of Concern is a process in which issues, problems, and concerns are communicated sequentially. Challenges or dilemmas may have a different level of complexity or expertise. By following the Chain of Concern, you can handle the situations more efficiently and effectively.

The school website is the primary source of information for TPA constituents. Our team is firmly committed to working to keep it updated with the most current information. When there is information that cannot be found on the website, or there is still a question regarding a particular topic, parents are to follow the Chain of Concern. Communications must begin with the first level, and if not resolved after a reasonable effort, then resort to the second level, and in the unlikely event that it is not resolved, then go to the third level.
