Learning at The Palmas Academy is extended beyond the classroom. Our students can develop their leadership, service, and character skills through our school's various extracurricular activities. TPA Dolphins may try everything from sports liberal arts, and community service. In this section, you can browse through our extracurricular activities.
Community service is an integral part of a well-rounded education. Students participate in service projects each year that benefit the school and the community. The school’s community service projects help give students the skills and mindsets to become leaders in their community and the world. Service opportunities are announced, and in many instances, students develop their ideas and create their service projects.
The Palmas Academy requires their High School students to complete 100 hours of community service as a graduation requirement and can be distributed as desired or as described below:
TOTAL - 100 Hours
If students want to do their community service hours in a center that is not listed, they must get the center approved by the Program Coordinator or the Secondary School Principal in advance.
