Dr. Maritere Cardona Matos is part of our Administrative Team. With her Doctorate Degree in Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning Environments specializing in Second Language Teaching, certifications in English, Neuroscience, and CPR, member of TESOL, ASCD, and more than 30 years of experience, she serves TPA as the Secondary School Principal.

She became part of TPA's Dolphin Pod in 1996. For her, Dolphins are sociable and curious, they are highly intelligent and learn fast. They take time to play with each other and stick around to protect those pod members that are vulnerable or sick. Take care of each other and never, ever, leave any of their pod behind. This is what being a Dolphin means to her, it is about being part of a family, learning, having fun, and sticking together through all of life's obstacles.
