The Palmas Academy is welcoming candidates for teaching positions for the 2026-27 school year.

Located in the resort community of Palmas del Mar, in Humacao, Puerto Rico, The Palmas Academy welcomes families from across eastern Puerto Rico and the San Juan metro area. We are constantly searching to exceptional educators to join our team. We are seeking resumes for Teachers in All Subjects, from Grades Pre-K through 12
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; masters or more advanced degrees strongly preferred.
  • Ideally three (3) years in a teaching role in a private or independent school.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral) – except for Spanish teachers.
  • Positive attitude, with a deep rooted belief in the potential of all students and unwavering commitment to the development of healthy, confident children.
