In the 2024-2025 school year, our community came together in a thoughtful strategic planning process that will chart the future of TPA over the next three years – and beyond. Our process solicited the voices of all stakeholders: parents, teachers, students, and community partners. Officially approved by our Board of Trustees in August 2025, our final plan is a visionary guide to the future of TPA.

We aim to leverage our Puerto Rican identity as a powerful foundation for building purposeful, bilingual partnerships that enrich our school culture, deepen student learning, and connect our community — locally and beyond — through shared experiences, service, and academic collaboration.
